families of individuals with Trisomy 13 or 18 will be provided support across all stages of their journey. Starting with diagnosis, in 2024 we will begin sending Diagnosis Hope Boxes, with gifts and tools to encourage and empower parents to step into their role as advocate with confidence. For families raising an individual with Trisomy 18 or Trisomy 13, we provide financial support for costs associated with giving a person with T13 or T18 their happiest and healthiest life, including traveling for care, adaptive aids, therapies and more. Unfortunately, loss is a significant part of our community, too. In 2024 we will also begin sending Remembrance 

Boxes for bereaved parents. Your gifts make it possible to to connect with families at every stage. Additionally, your generosity makes it possible to provide educational content and community through Extra To Love: A Trisomy Podcast. As our financial resources grow, ETL seeks to equally expand our services to support the Trisomy community.
